For conveyor belts, we usually only need to know the four key parameters shown in the right-hand diagram: spiral pitch, spiral diameter, rod pitch, and rod diameter. However, what is often overlooked is that the material of the conveyor belt wears down over long-term use. If we only take parameters from a small section, the measurement results will certainly be inaccurate. Therefore, as shown in the upper left-hand picture, we need to measure the entire section. The calculation formula is as follows:
